This boards purpose is to continue with the ripple effect started by the Buddhist Monks’ Walk for Peace. https://www.walkforpeace.us/ It is my desire to use this space to create a safe and open way for people around the world to join together in silent meditation. It is my hope that silent smiles and nods of acceptance will welcome everyone who comes here to sit in silent meditation. Together we are stronger. I do believe, as the monks do, that many people meditating together can and do create a force for good. Trust the process. Please mute your mic.
This message board site is new. It can, therefore, be a little bit glitchy. Not all the forums are filled in. However, everything is fully operational. Please make yourself at home here!

...take "no thought" = stop thinking.

William Donahue on meditation from a quasi Christian point of view. But his own take on it. I like it.
