Being ADHD and having to listen to something in order to maintain focus...I made these. I have a program on my pc that I can make such things.
They are both 90 minutes long. Why? Because I don't like it when I finally get into a nice medt groove and suddenly there is a voice saying "It's time to return. Return." I just want to smack it. So I made these, actually for me, so that wouldn't happen. There is no "call back" but there are some wonderful lake loons that sing you back at the end so you won't get stuck anywhere. There are no suggestions other than getting into relaxation at the beginning. There are no subliminal messages, programming, or suggestions. These are new and completely clean.
So these have a nice relaxation set intro, many minutes of medt music and sound. Then loons at the end to call you back if you are still deep into medt. It's unlikely to rare that you will ever get to that point but it's there anyway.
The one with the breeze has bilateral brainwave stimulation. Very relaxing, I think.

It is my desire to use this space as a safe and open way for people around the world to join together in silent meditation. It is my hope that silent smiles and nods of acceptance will welcome everyone who comes here to sit in silent meditation. Together we are stronger. I do believe, and it has been proven in the past, that many people meditating together can and do create a force for good. Trust the process. In general meet 7 AM and/or 7 PM in your time zone.
